TAI CHI:
Iyoga is offering new Tai chi classes starting 2018. Frank, our Tai chi instructor comes from Taiwan and has been practicing Tai chi for over 40 years. He believes in the classical style of Tai Chi. Synchronizing the movement of body with Chi energy and focusing the mind solely on the movements, helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity. This Chinese martial art offers both a defense technique and a healthy benefits incorporating steady breathing with movement, awareness exercises and meditation. MEDITATION:
Every Wednesday at 7pm
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energized states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life. Here in Iyoga Transformation, we believe it takes 21 days to form a new habit. Therefore we practice Chopra 21 days meditations for our practices. They makes meditation easy, fun, and inspiring. Together, we will create lives filled with increased peace, joy, and well-being. Our Meditation classes are free and based on donations that will go to homeless children in the world.

Come and join Iyoga studio for 30 days of cleansing as well as rejuvenation and regeneration of our vital organ and cells! The cost is $75.00 for 30 days of tips and recipes on maintaining the success of your program! The program is combined with “Tibetan Fountain of Youth Exercise“. Additional 30 days of Yoga practice is highly recommended. $5 discount for current students.
