Baba on Death, birth and rebirth (Part 3)

"There are 8 dimensions of your Life, you know three of them and are scared of the fourth, but if you get the hold of the fourth, you'll be dancing all twenty four hours, the real fun of living the Life is only after knowing the fourth dimension.
Soul - the fifth, being a witness (साक्षी ), works on these four spaces. Fifth is witnessing all four, even the death is known by the Soul. You are wandering in three dimensions of consciousness and an 'other' is needed to know them - ' the knowner ', Soul is that knower. It is witnessing your waking, dream & sleep. No matter how deep is your sleep, something is still aware of it. If there is nothing to know the sleep, you cannot come back from your sleep. The knower is standing everywhere or you cannot come back.
In the fifth dimension, you become the soul, the knower, the light itself. The one who has known the fifth dimension and living the Life, he has all the accounts of all four dimensions of Life and things become games for him, he clearly sees the vehicle as vehicle and has no attachment with it rather he utilizes it.
That is why to be scared of Death is useless, the most useless thing scares us the most. Biggest lie looks like a biggest truth.
Dimension of Soul is almost like realm of the deities, which is called soul-body, an ultimate witness in existence as long as it lives and assists us all, being in journey for religion. We keep getting the vibrations from great persons who stay in this 5th dimension.
Once the person is so aware, he will walk into the death on his own. He accepts it that the frame has gone useless here, no point living into it and as per the possibility of his ongoing growth, he takes a new birth. This is certain, the people who are practicing (sadhna) will get a better model, so practice with all your heart and without any fear. More the worthiness, better the new birth, the new model is as per your eligibility, according to your karmas. This is the wealth, each breath is your wealth. More you live with awareness more your practice is getting worthy.
So friends do not waste the Life, make the whole Life a practice, be it your work, no need to quit it, do it with the Sutra of wakefulness (awareness), it enhances the practice as you are more wakeful while working. Everyone earns the worthiness only with the wakefulness, you earn the wealth, position, mind, also the 'body,' and the liberation ( Moksha) too is earned with the level of your wakefulness. You are awareness, live loaded with awareness. Why live empty ? "

The muscles that plantar flex the foot include:

The gastrocnemius: the large two-headed muscle originating from the back of the femur and inserting onto the heel bone (calcaneus) via the Achilles tendon.

The soleus: the bulky muscle under the gastrocnemius that originates from the tibia and inserts onto the heel bone via the Achilles tendon.
.
The peroneus longus and brevis: long, thin tube-like muscles originating from the side of the fibula and inserting on the bottom and outside of the foot, respectively.

The tibialis posterior: the deep muscle originating from the back of the shin bone (tibia) and wrapping around the inside of the ankle to insert on the bottom of the foot.

The flexor hallucis longus: the deep muscle originating from the back of the fibula and wrapping around the inside of the ankle to insert on the bottom of the big toe.
