Tai Chi Class

We have been practicing Yin and Yang yoga. It is time to add a bit of Martial Art – together, Yin, Yang, and Martial art becomes Tai Chi. Wonderful practice of control of the mind and body while it teaches you basic defense in case of an intruder approaches you unexpectedly. Mark your calendar – Starts Jan 1st 2018!

The classes are on hold at this time. Minimum of 5 confirmed students required to hold this class.
